Huge thanks to Kevin for helping with the bill and the manufacturing defect in B pillar at no extra charge. But I am disappointed VW does not recognize this issue. I encountered it recently in 2024 tiguan as well.

I scheduled a quick service where I planned to wait for my car. I was switched to a list of recalls which took all day! I was given no loaner. I would not have agreed to be careless on a work day that requires I have a car! Recalls are NOT regular service. Since you had my car ALL day you could have at least washed it or changed it as an accommodation. Recalls are on VW NOT the consumer!!!!!

Sean was awesome when he serviced my car for those tricky recall repairs. He nailed the job, hooked me up with a loaner car, and kept me in the loop the whole time with super clear updates. The guy’s a total pro and made the whole thing stress-free. He deserves a big raise for going the extra mile like that.
