When I first walked in the guy at the service desk by the door looked up from what he was doing and greeted me. Then he directed me to the waiting area as my rep was with a guest. Sean came and got me and was friendly all the way through the check in. He was quick and got me a Lyft home. I called to see if I could leave the car overnight and it was no problem. I came in the next day to pick up my car and he explained everything that was done to my car, what was upcoming and took me to the checkout desk. I forgot my wallet at home. Sean asked me to hold on. Meanwhile CJ and I had a great conversation. Sean returned and said he had taken care of the charges. It was around $40. This was so nice of him. I was really surprised. This was an excellent experience and I am super happy to bring my car back to Dirito Brothers.
