Bryan at Dirito Brothers is awesome. He went out of his way to help us. Even though we did not qualify for a car at the time we were still treated like royalty. It is so worth the 20 min drive to Diritos. Oakland VW on the other hand was the worst treatment in the world. Beware of them they are not honest and don't care about you as a customer. London B.

These guys were great! Worked with Bill Celli and he was so nice. He made the whole experience very low pressure and was not slimy what so ever. I didn't feel lied to or had. Last time I bought a VW was in Roseville and that was the total opposite (yick). Never going there again. I will gladly buy a VW from Dirito brothers again! Thanks for making this purchase smooth and painless!

Dirito Brothers VW trumps Serramonte VW. Dirito has friendly and helpful staff and their waiting area is awesome. If you bring your car in for service they have a nice waiting area with a TV and free wifi as well as coffee etc. I got my car at Serramonte but live in Walnut Creek and service it here. Next time I'll be getting a car at Dirito.

Kevin from the svc department gave me great service recommendations and filled up my coolant up to the proper level. I was shocked at the level of service and attention he gave to me while performing this work, and paying for the coolant was complimentary, cause most dealers will rob you, but the VW in WC definitely made my day and will probably go back for any VW needs!

I have never had the purchase of a car go so easily. Jose just made it happen for us. His sincerity in wanting to help us was evident from the moment we met him. We got the VW Beetle we wanted and so grateful for his efforts on our behalf.

As a dealership I have bought three cars here (all Jettas) and have always been satisfied with their service. Richard Maxwell (sales) and Kenny Calderon (finance) were very helpful when I leased my 2012 Jetta. They were even flexible when I fiance and I had to come in at different times to sign papers and discuss the purchase. I always felt assured they would make it work for us. Also, I love my Jetta. I owned an 2002 that I traded in to buy the 2007 Jetta that I drive now. We just leased the 2012 and it too is so fun to drive. Richard helped me with all three purchases and I can't thank him enough.Thank you Dirito!

I never thought purchasing a vehicle is that easy. Dirito Brothers made me feel welcome and I was treated with lots of courtesy. Specially salesman Jose Calderon answered all my questions regarding the car (Jetta 09), I purchased and met my requirements. He was very patience while going through the deal and was super nice. I totally recommend going to Dirito Bros. I just want to thank them, especially Jose Calderon for making such a delightful experience.

Great service EVERY time I go! I usually go in for routine service appointments because my Jetta is such a great car. They are always efficient and very considerate of my time (which I appreciate). I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment and they even help me when I pop into the service station with simple tasks such as: setting up my bluetooth, changing light bulbs, and changing my wiper blades! Thom and Company are great at explaining what needs to be done to my car and what they have done to get me back on the road. They are honest, helpful, and always friendly!

Went on 9/10/11 to test drive a car or two, ended up buying the 2012 Jetta. Nothing short of easy and no pressure. I knew my trade wasn't quite worth what I owed on it, in 10 minutes we had a deal over the difference and I was out with a new car. Big thanks to Larry C. with sales. Seriously the best auto purchasing experience I've had, and I have a background with the auto biz.

I just bought a 2007 Volkswagon EOS with Ron Simi as the salesman. It was a great experience. There was no pressure... instead he simply gave us competent service and expedited the sale professionally. He is available when you need to speak with him and he does what he says he will do. I recommend Ron Simi to anyone who is interested in buying from Dirito Brothers Volkswagon.
